About Us

Jenny Ridgwell started Ridgwell Press in 1990 to keep teachers up to date with trends and resources in food and textiles technology. She has run many courses around the UK and written over 60 books which are sold all over the world.

Jenny has developed the Nutrition Program with her son Simon Ridgwell, and this innovative online program is used by school and catering students, food producers and restaurants to analyse recipes and diets.
